after seeing the shocking things what goes on in the food industry it made me more a conscious consumer. I even went vegan for a while. I also tried to stay away from dairy. I wanted to buy fresh baked goods all with organic, natural ingredients and no GMOs. While shopping that was not very easy to find based on my needs. So i decided to do my own baking with all organic ingredients and create products that can be enjoyed by everyone whether you are vegan or dairy free.
