Whilst we do all we can to ensure users are well protected and do not suffer any loss or harm, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. We advise all users to adequately protect their computers by using up-to-date anti-virus.

• Once a products or service has been listed by a seller or a purchase made by a buyer, seller and buyer shall receive confirmation emails respectively.

1. Ensure your product/service description are not misleading, ambiguous or vague.

If at any point we discover you do not have the necessary skill or expertise to provide the products or we later discover products/services provided are sub-standard, we shall immediately terminate your account, end all pending orders, and refund all pending payments to buyers;
4. All products/services must be delivered as at when due following our shipping policy. Failure to adhere to the shipping policy herein this agreement shall result to an immediate refund to the buyer;

6. Sellers shall be responsible for all expenses relating to the packaging and posting of products.

Sellers are responsible for packaging and posting/shipping the orders to buyers. The seller therefore warrants that they shall post the order at the due time with evidence of postage submitted to the buyer. Loacali’s standard delivery time is the same day delivery within 6-10 hours of the order being placed. We understand some orders might fall outside the scope of our standard delivery time, buyers and sellers are therefore permitted to fix and agree a time of delivery.

Buyer understands that there might be unexpected and unavoidable delays in delivering the order such as strikes, flood, fire, acts of God and delays caused by the delivery company. The buyer promises to hold the seller and localoi harmless for any such delay. In the event of a delay caused by a delivery company, a few more days shall be permitted for the delivery of the order. If the order is lost in transit, a claim shall only be made against the shipping/delivery company. The buyer and seller shall agree on how the matter shall be rectified, either a refund is issued to the buyer or the seller attempts to redeliver the order, or any other arrangements made between the buyer and seller.

As stated previously, we are a real user-friendly website with the hopes of creating a positive experience for all uses. We therefore are against providing fraudulent or sub-standard products/services under this website. In the event that a fraudulent product has been sold by you, we will assist the bank and police authorities with any investigations including providing them with all the details used to register associated profiles, card authentication and any communications through or related to the Site.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by us.

It is expressly agreed that sellers are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of localoi. The agreement between sellers and localoi does not create a partnership or joint venture or a franchise and is exclusively a contract for service.

• The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws;
• You must be polite to other users and you shall not use any swear word or make any racist, sexist, threating words towards our them;
• You must not display, publish, copy, print, post, modify or otherwise use the Site and the information contained therein for the benefit of any third party or web site without our prior written consent;
• You must not use our site or services available on it for illegal activities;
• Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited;
• localoi does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and products/services;
• Sellers confirm that whatever information receive from buyers, which is not in the public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the products/service to the buyer;
• You may not create a false identity on the website or misrepresent your identity, create a profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another user’s account or information; Your profile information, including your description, email, location, etc., while may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to require sellers to go through a verification process in order to use the Site (whether by using ID, phone, camera, etc.)

Whilst we want you with us forever! We may be required to terminate your account in some situations. For example, we may terminate your Account If we observe you have breached any terms of this agreement. You will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. If we terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.

localoi reserves the right to cancel orders or payments without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment or commencing Services provision.

Sellers should please ensure they provide really good product descriptions and these descriptions match the product/service sold on the website. Sellers shall be held personally responsible for mistakes due to their negligence regarding misinterpretation of product/service description. All products are subject to availability and we do not guarantee that such product or seller will always be available on the website.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all descriptions of the products available on our site correspond to the actual product, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. Sellers reserve the right to change, alter or remove any products and any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

Your safety when using our site is paramount to us. Hence, all reasonable skill and care shall be taken to ensure your safety when using our website. Please kindly note that whilst your security is paramount to us, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of payment is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your transactions on our website, it is very difficult to guarantee its absolute security. We will do our best to maintain the operation of the Site for the Service, however, we may need to temporarily suspend the Service for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades). Any default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of this agreement by either Party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions. We are entitled to still pursue any omitted or failed payment by sellers at any time.

Sellers are personally entitled to pursue any failed or omitted payment by a buyer. We are happy to assist sellers if this arises.

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by an expert arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or as agreed upon by the parties.

We encourage buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, please feel free to contact us on the email provided on our website. We shall act as an independent party and resolve the matter amicably using our best judgement and discretion. Both buyer and seller agree that any such decision shall be final and bind both buyer and seller accordingly.
